HOW IT WORKS

1/ Open your starter kit and get a magnetic strip.	3/ Place the applicator with the exposed adhesive on one side of your nose, then on the other side.
2/ Attach a magnetic strip to the applicator's magnetic tip, then pull back the paper as shown.	4/ Place our nasal band onto each magnet, one on each nostril. Done, enjoy clear breathing!
